End User License Agreement

Please read this EULA carefully, as it sets out the basis upon which we license the game for use.

This EULA should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Game Rules and Terms of Service.

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement is a binding agreement between you and Isam Games (the developer of Idle Clans). This Agreement governs your use of Idle Clans, including all related documentation.

By clicking "Accept agreement" when you first install the game, you agree to be bound by the provisions of this EULA. If you do not agree to be bound by the provisions of this EULA, you must click "Reject agreement" during the installation of the game.

2. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to abide by and be bound by this agreement and the aforementioned documents. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, access, or use the Software.

3. User conduct

You agree to use the Software in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in any objectionable or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

Transmitting or promoting content that is violent, hateful, or discriminatory.
Harassing or threatening other users.
Distributing illegal or unauthorized content.

4. Content moderation

Isam Games reserves the right to filter, moderate, and remove content that violates this Agreement. Users may flag objectionable content and block abusive users. Isam Games will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content.

5. Termination of access

Isam Games may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in any conduct that Isam Games deems harmful to other users, the Software, or Isam Games.

6. Disclaimers & limitations of liability

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Isam Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event will Isam Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland without regard to conflict of law principles.
